Wage: $15.65-19.00 /hr (depends on experience)

Two clients are looking for Sushi Chefs to join their teams. One client is located in Richmond, BC and the other is located in South Surrey. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a restaurant kitchen and be knowledgeable of fish handling. Experience making sushi is not required but is considered an asset.

Job Duties:

• Prepare sushi rolls and side dishes for customers.
• Prepare various kinds of fish and meat for meals.
• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies.
• Keep a clean and safe environment.
• Prepare and cook meals, specialty foods.

Job Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant kitchen
• Sushi making experience an asset
• Food Safe Certificate (recommended)
