Wage: $18.00-22.00 per hour
We are looking for one Recruitment Assistant to join our team.
Swift Connect is a well-established recruitment agency located in Surrey, British Columbia, missioned to help job seekers and employers across Metro Vancouver match their job demands.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and post recruitment notices and advertisements
- Review candidate inventories and perform resume screening
- Arrange and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates
- Respond to inquiries and arising complaints or issues from partners, employees, and answer general queries from interested candidates
- Search for new clients and partners for job opportunities and manage the client relation
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience as a Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Detail orientation for working with numbers and accuracy information
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
