Recruitment Assistant

Location: Surrey, BC

Hours: Full time, Permanent

Monday - Friday

Wage: $18.00-22.00 per hour

 

We are looking for one Recruitment Assistant to join our team.

 

Swift Connect is a well-established recruitment agency located in Surrey, British Columbia, missioned to help job seekers and employers across Metro Vancouver match their job demands.

 

Job Duties: 

  • Prepare and post recruitment notices and advertisements
  • Review candidate inventories and perform resume screening
  • Arrange and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Respond to inquiries and arising complaints or issues from partners, employees, and answer general queries from interested candidates
  • Search for new clients and partners for job opportunities and manage the client relation
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience as a Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office
  • Detail orientation for working with numbers and accuracy information
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
