Wage: $21.00-24.00/hour

Our client, A52 Fulfillment, is looking for one Junior Accountant to join their team.

A52 is a Canadian warehousing and distribution company specializes in high-touch multi-channel fulfilment and transportation. With solid network and partnerships a52 can offer wide range of logistics and supply chain services.

Job Duties: 

• Issuing invoices and maintaining accounts receivable
• Processing accounts payable invoices
• Auditing freight invoices from carriers and perform reconciliation
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly / yearly closings
• Assisting in budget preparation
• Assisting in yearly audit preparation
• Other accounting and/or administrative tasks as required

Job Requirements: 

• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• College degree in related field
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Sound knowledge in ASPE
• Fluent in English and excellent communication
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Advanced competency in Excel
• Experience in Sage 50 an asset
