Location: Surrey, BC

Type: Temp-to-perm

Working Hours: 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Wage: $20 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)

Our client is looking for one IT Support to join their team.

Job Duties: 

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware (laptops, desktops, tablets, phones and printers) and software systems. Fix and resolve relevant issues arising.
• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Collaborate with team members as necessary.
• Document and track all support activities.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field preferred.
• Knowledge of common IT systems and ability to work with multiple systems.
• Minimum one year of experience working within an Information Technology role preferred.
• Experience in providing technical support to end-users preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
