Wage: $25.00 per hour

One client is an Italian restaurant located in South Surrey and recently opened. The restaurant offers a café area, bar area, and dining area. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen and be knowledgeable of Italian cuisine.

Job Duties:

• Prepare various kinds of vegetables and meats for dishes.
• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies.
• Keep a clean and safe environment.
• Prepare and cook meals, specialty foods.
• Create menu items and provide recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen
• Food Safe Certificate
• Knowledge and experience with Italian cuisine
