Location: Various locations in Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey

Hours: Depending on arrangement with the learners.

Wage: $30 per hour

Our client is looking for one English Private Teacher.

Job Duties: 

• Organize coursework and learning materials.
• Teach English skills including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• Execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content.
• Engage learners to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere.
• Assess learner progress and write reports.

Job Requirements: 

• BSc/BA in English Language or English Literature; MSc is a plus
• ESL or TESOL certification is an asset
• Previous experience as an English teacher
• Knowledge of various teaching methods of teaching English to non-native speakers
• Great organizational and communication skills
• First-language English speaker prioritized.
• A patient and resilient personality
