Data Entry Clerk

Our client is looking for one Data Entry clerk to join their team.

Job Duties:

  • Data Entry and upkeep of database while ensuring a high level of accuracy in accordance with our database policy.
  • Collect data from all relevant departments and develop formal reports.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and satisfaction with professionalism.
  • Maintain communication among employees, ensure all employees are following proper protocol.
  • Update accounts information on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure file record keeping is organized on the server.
  • Provide exemplary communication with professionalism between all departments and clients.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Compile data, statistics and other information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Office Suite– Microsoft Word ,Excel, Power Point and work processing.
  • Ability to learn tasks and computer systems quickly.
  • Proven work experience in Office environment as Admin / Data Entry clerk.
  • Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional organizational skill is a must (detail-oriented)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Reliable and punctual
