Our client is looking for one Data Entry clerk to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Data Entry and upkeep of database while ensuring a high level of accuracy in accordance with our database policy.
- Collect data from all relevant departments and develop formal reports.
- Maintain client confidentiality and satisfaction with professionalism.
- Maintain communication among employees, ensure all employees are following proper protocol.
- Update accounts information on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure file record keeping is organized on the server.
- Provide exemplary communication with professionalism between all departments and clients.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Compile data, statistics and other information.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency with Office Suite– Microsoft Word ,Excel, Power Point and work processing.
- Ability to learn tasks and computer systems quickly.
- Proven work experience in Office environment as Admin / Data Entry clerk.
- Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional organizational skill is a must (detail-oriented)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable and punctual
