Our client is looking for one Cook to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by chef.
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
• Ensure all food preparation meets standards.
• Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Arrange for supplies and equipment purchase and equipment repairs.
• As indicated by the production sheet, loads pans of hot and cold food onto the food containers/carts, following procedures and standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education.
•  Experience is an asset in Japanese cuisine cooking experience.
• Ability to make authentic Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi Maki & roll.
• Ability to supervise cooks with advanced cooking skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to be flexible with working hours.
