Wage: $16.00-20.00 per hour
We are looking for one Recruitment Assistant to join our team.
Swift Connect is a well-established recruitment agency located in Surrey, British Columbia, missioned to help job seekers and employers across Metro Vancouver match their job demands.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and post recruitment notices and advertisements
- Perform resume screening and initial phone screens
- Review and maintain candidate inventories
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and necessary actions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
